Para conseguirmos ser na totalidade é preciso chegar fundo à essência do SER.
Nem sempre o que vemos é bonito de se ver...
Nem sempre as emoções que enfrentamos, são emoções que queiramos rever e muito menos vivenciar...
Nesse caminho em direcção ao SER, muitas dores são desenterradas.
Mas, é preciso ir fundo... cada vez mais fundo... ao mais profundo de nosso SER.
Nada pode passar despercebido, nada pode ser evitado, nada pode ser rodeado...
Mas, tudo tem de ser vivenciado no mais profundo sentir.
Tudo o que antes foi abafado para não sentires a dor da mágoa, da desilusão, do sofrimento, deverá agora imergir à superfície do teu SER e ser sentido profundamente.
Volta a viver e a reviver tudo as vezes que forem necessárias, até que por fim tudo deixarás de sentir... até que não mais terás vontade de chorar ou gritar...
E tudo o que passas a sentir é o alivio...
Limpa... purifica... cada canto e recanto da tua ALMA até que ela brilhe por completo um brilho cristalino e puro.
Pois só apôs a tua ALMA ficar completamente limpa e purificada poderá atingir a liberdade e tu, já poderás simplesmente e unicamente SER!
